Having first rejected most of the teachings of this world, particularly those pertaining to organised religion, and then scrutinised, assessed and embraced the few that resonated – as well as incorporating into my daily life the practices and philosophies that ring true and I find helpful – I happily profess to subscribing to none in particular. The only exception to this being A Course In Miracles.

But this is a self-study course, dealing with universal spiritual themes; providing a way for us to find our own Internal Teacher—not a religion. I am so grateful to have been guided to these teachings, a good many years ago, which, as with most fellow students of the Course I know, have left an indelible imprint on my heart. Without them, I don’t know how I would have navigated the roller coaster of a ride my life has been. Without them, I know these past several years would have seemed so much harder and darker. I understand they were given to us expressly for this current moment in history.
